General Rules

• Be careful against danger of entrapment while attaching/detaching the tandem disc harrow to/from the tractor; do not stand between the tandem disc harrow and tractor.

• Do not move the tractor without being sure that the tandem disc harrow is completely attached to the tractor while attaching, and it is completely detached from tractor while detaching.

• Do not carry people or loads on the tandem disc harrow.

• While transporting the tandem disc harrow on the road, turn tractor hydraulic to locking position.

• When the tandem disc harrow is elevated, do not stand under it.

• Be careful against the pointed and sharp edges on the tandem disc harrow.

• Front hydraulic selector must be in position control while attaching/detaching the tandem disc harrow, in draw control during operation and in locking position during transportation.

• Be careful against the danger of tipping over of the tractor while working on sloping lands.

• While turning, maximum area to which the tandem disc harrow can reach should be considered.

• If the tandem disc harrow is to be transported at long distances, it should be transported on the trailer.

• The tandem disc harrow should be loaded and unloaded with a hoist or crane when loaded on the trailer and unloaded from the trailer.

• Attachment/detachment of the tandem disc harrow should be carried out with a helper if possible, if not, apply handbrake while descending from the tractor.

• While transporting the tandem disc harrow on the highways, observe applicable traffic rules and be more careful.

• If any maintenance or repairs are to be made on the tandem disc harrow, it should be leveled and completely lowered to the ground, and the necessary safety precautions should be taken.

• Maintenance and repairs to be made on tandem disc harrow should be carried out by trained specialists who are familiar with safety precautions.

• The tandem disc harrow and tractor categories should match each other.

• Warning labels on the tandem disc harrow should always be clean and visible. If the warning labels have become worn, lost or illegible for any reason, they should be obtained from our nearest dealer and affixed to their places.

1. POINTS TO CONSIDER WHILE SELECTING TANDEM DISC HARROW

• The power of the tractor to be used must be suitable for the power requirement of the equipment.
• The soil structure in which the equipment will be used should be taken into consideration.

2. GENERAL RULES TO BE OBSERVED

• Move slowly and carefully under poor land and road conditions.
• Do not use the tandem disc harrow for root removal, rock removal, etc. on the land, use only for ploughing.
• Do not attach any additional equipment which are not genuine parts on the tandem disc harrow.
• Never perform welding on the tandem disc harrow, replace the damaged part with an original one.
